• Orders will not be shipped until balances have been fully paid
Unpaid invoices or canceled claims may result in future live sale restrictions.

Unfortunately, address changes may not be possible once an order has already been processed or shipped.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been packed, processed, or shipped.

• Lost packages
