Live sales are a fun way to shop curated finds, collectibles, rehomed pieces, cute accessories, stationery, bags, and other items from my personal collection in real time ♡

Please read through the information below before participating in a live sale.

♡ ˚₊‧ HOW LIVE SALES WORK ‧₊˚ ♡

During live sales, items will be shown one at a time for customers to claim.

To claim an item:
• Comment the claimed item as instructed during the live
• Submit the required deposit through the correct listing
• Wait for your final balance/invoice after the live sale ends

Claims are first come, first served and will be given based on the order they appear on my end during the live sale.

♡ ˚₊‧ REQUIRED DEPOSITS ‧₊˚ ♡

A deposit is required to officially secure your live sale claims.

There are two deposit options available:
• $10 REQUIRED Deposit
• $30 FREE SHIPPING Deposit

Please only choose ONE deposit option. You do not need to purchase both.

Recommended for those unsure if their checkout total balance will be over $30.

• Deposit goes toward your final balance
• Shipping fees will be purchased separately later

♡ $30 FREE SHIPPING DEPOSIT

Recommended for customers planning to spend $30+ during the live sale.

• Deposit goes toward your final balance
• U.S. shipping is included
• No separate shipping fee listing is needed unless otherwise stated

After submitting your deposit, please send:
• Your order number
• Which deposit listing you purchased

This helps me properly organize and keep track of everyone’s live sale claims ♡

• Please be respectful to everyone participating in the live
• No spamming in chat
• No advertising or promoting other shops/accounts
• No negative, rude, or unnecessary comments
• Please only claim items if you are fully committed to purchasing
• All claims are first come, first served
• Deposits are required to officially secure claims
• All live sale claims are considered final once a deposit has been submitted
• Deposits are nonrefundable unless stated otherwise
• Unpaid balances or canceled claims may result in future live sale restrictions

Babycakex0 Shop live sales are meant to be a cozy, welcoming, and positive space for everyone ♡

All remaining balances are expected to be paid by the end of your purchasing experience or by the end of the live sale unless otherwise discussed.

If payment has not been completed, customers will have up to 24 hours to complete their balance before:
• Their deposit is forfeited
• Their claims/box are released

If you need additional time, please communicate with me beforehand ♡ I completely understand that situations can happen.

♡ ˚₊‧ OPEN BOX / COMBINED SHIPPING ‧₊˚ ♡

Babycakex0 Shop does not offer long-term open baskets or open boxes.

However, if your package has not shipped yet and your box is still open by the next live sale, you may continue adding additional claims to be shipped together ♡

Once orders have been packed or shipped, new claims cannot be added to previous orders.

♡ ˚₊‧ CHECKING OUT / PASSING ITEMS ‧₊˚ ♡

When you’re ready to check out, you may pass on any items you no longer want before your final balance is completed.

Passing is completely okay ♡ Please only keep the items you truly love and feel comfortable purchasing within your budget.

If you would ever like to know what your current total balance is during the live sale, feel free to ask at any time and I can quickly calculate it for you 🌷

I truly do not mind at all. My biggest priority is making sure everyone feels comfortable, happy, and able to shop at their own pace without pressure ♡

• Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after balances are fully paid
• Packages are usually shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays
• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships

Processing times may be slightly longer during larger live sales or high order volume periods.
